• Lead initiatives that support Sales and account teams as PBM, regulatory, and marketplace dynamics evolve • Translate complex PBM topics into clear, actionable guidance for internal stakeholders • Use AI tools to streamline workflows, accelerate insight generation, and improve field and client experiences • Partner with analytics and reporting teams to interpret PBM data and translate findings into strategic insights • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Legal, Regulatory, Analytics, and Technology teams to deliver aligned outcomes
• 7+ years experience in Sales, Consulting, Strategy, Analytics • 1+ years PBM industry knowledge, including familiarity with: PBM pricing models, Data and reporting analytics, Client and consultant dynamics • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Admin, Economics, Data/Analytics, or similar, or equivalent professional work experience required • Relevant certifications or coursework (e.g., analytics, data storytelling, AI tools) a plus
