• Manage strategic projects and programs workstreams, such as, Scorable Action Items, ensuring the end state of the project meets business objectives, agreed upon metrics and outlines deliverables with due dates. • Work with Executive Director of Strategic Planning to engage with Med Affairs leaders and vendor management to identify improvement opportunities. • Develop analyses, presentations and other reporting materials to successfully implement change initiatives and socialize work to stakeholders. • Navigate a highly matrixed, collaborative work environment to meet goals. • Proactively identify and take action to solve management and business problems.
• 1+ years of management consulting experience, ideally within the health care sector. • 2+ years experience in population health program design, health care operations and/or clinical product development. • Masters in related field (MBA, MPP, MPH, MPA, MHA, MSHP, etc.) preferred but not required. • 2+ years work experience in managed care preferred but not required. • 2+ years work experience in developing and maintain complex queries with data extraction, manipulation, and analysis of large datasets to support insight generation and hypothesis testing.
