📋 Description

• Design and implement efficient and scalable solutions meeting business requirements and quality standards • Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers • Provide input on technical feasibility, performance optimization, and scalability • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines • Communicate and coordinate with team members to support alignment and decision-making • Adopt best practices, new technologies, and tools to improve productivity, efficiency, and code quality • Participate in knowledge sharing through code reviews, tech talks, and workshops • Implement complex features and enhance existing functionality • Ensure delivery of high-quality code • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years work experience • Problem solving and decision making skills • Collaboration and teamwork skills • Growth mindset, including agility and developing yourself and others • Execution and delivery skills, including planning, delivering, and supporting • Business intelligence • Bachelor’s degree preferred, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification • Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) preferred • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer preferred
