• Handle the full procurement cycle from request to delivery. • Source, assess, and select suppliers that meet CXG’s standards. • Conduct market research to benchmark costs and identify savings. • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure optimal value. • Maintain supplier records, agreements, and performance evaluations. • Resolve supplier issues and ensure adherence to service expectations. • Coordinate contract renewals and ensure compliance with policies. • Review purchase requests and prepare accurate purchase orders. • Collaborate with Finance on budgets, invoicing, and approvals. • Ensure all procurement activities follow CXG’s procedures and audit requirements. • Track deliveries and ensure timely receipt of goods/services. • Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. • 2–4 years of procurement or purchasing experience. • Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills. • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with procurement systems is an advantage.
