📋 Description

• Oversee a team of employees and monitor their performance • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members • Set team goals, objectives, and performance metrics • Monitor team productivity and ensure targets are met or exceeded • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance • Collaborate with other team leaders and stakeholders to achieve overall company objectives • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members • Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the financial services industry • Strong knowledge of FX and CFD markets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong leadership and team management abilities • Ability to drive performance and motivate team members • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite • Japanese speaker and able to understand English
