• cyber•Fund is an investment fund dedicated to partnering with founders from genesis to growth stage; • Seeking a highly experienced financial professional for Deputy CFO role; • Overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to strategic decision-making; • Unique opportunity to work at the intersection of operational finance and executive leadership;

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred); • At least 7+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably with exposure to both operational and strategic financial management; • Deep understanding of accounting standards, financial regulations, and compliance requirements; • Proven experience in managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with internal teams and external stakeholders; • Strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions; • Experience in M&A, fundraising, or large-scale financial transformations is a plus. • Web3 experience; • Working in Investments Funds; • Real estate experience; • Trading experience.
