📋 Description

• Lead the creation and evolution of scalable automation frameworks • Define automation strategies aligned with business objectives • Create automated tests to validate different scenarios and build automation from the ground up • Execute automated and manual tests, including functional, exploratory, and regression testing • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments • Analyze risks, identify defects, and propose continuous improvements to QA processes • Use bugs found, including those identified in production, to expand regression and automated test coverage • Mentor teams, promote best practices, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced experience with Java, Python, Selenium, Appium, or equivalent technologies • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD (Jenkins, CircleCI), Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible • Experience with performance, security, and usability testing • Experience creating automation for different business scenarios • Solid experience in manual testing • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to test automation • Familiarity with Porto Seguro tools and processes • Ability to serve as a technical QA reference • Bachelor’s degree • Preferred: Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning applied to testing; ISTQB, CSTE, or similar certifications; experience with microservices, distributed architectures, serverless, and cloud-native environments; experience implementing test automation in environments with no prior automation
