📋 Description

• Research viral content ideas, trends, and formats across Reels & TikTok • Write powerful, platform-native scripts that creators can execute with ease • Brief and manage creators 1-on-1 to get the exact shots needed • Analyze performance, extract patterns, and iterate quickly • Collaborate with internal clipper team to bring visions to life • Test hooks, locations, outfits, text styles, thumbnails, and other variables • Plan, brief and execute video shoots from scratch • Take full ownership of the department and strategic decisions • Deliver growth-focused short-form content that converts views into subscribers

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing TikTok and/or Instagram Reels for growth • Strong grasp of content psychology, viral formats, and retention triggers • Fluent in English • Ability to plan, brief and execute video shoots from scratch • Deep knowledge of what drives views -> engagement -> subs • Ability to brief and manage creators 1-on-1 to get required shots • Obsessed with performance not perfection • Quick to analyze FYP and spot emerging patterns • Speaks native TikTok & Reel (understands hooks, pacing, and structure) • Challenges creators when execution stalls • Takes full ownership and treats the account as their own • Proactive, fast, and allergic to excuses • Time zone: Flexible (USA preferred, but Europe also OK)
