📋 Description
• Develop and implement a cutting-edge social media strategy based on experience, clients interests and skillset as well as company systems • Create unique ideas that outperform average creators in idea, visuals, and authenticity • Analyze and optimize clients videos and accounts to improve performance, conversion, and build community • Communicate closely with clients to ensure alignment • Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities for creators' brands
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a digital marketer • Proven track record of success on social media • Business fluent English skills (B2/C1 or higher) • Confident level of German language (B2/C1 or higher) • Experience in copywriting (preferred) • Experience in video editing (preferred) • Experience in media buying (preferred)
