📋 Description
• Define and execute the design vision of CYBRET AI • Own the end-to-end design of CYBRET’s platform, from core workflows and dashboards to advanced security and AI-driven interfaces • Build and maintain a scalable design system that supports speed, consistency, and quality • Ensure design quality across all surfaces, including web, dashboards, internal tools, and future products • Own and evolve CYBRET AI’s visual identity in close collaboration with leadership • Act as the design authority across the company • Collaborate deeply with engineers, product, and researchers • Mentor future designers as the team grows
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience as a senior product designer or design lead, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or technical products • Proven ability to design complex systems and workflows, not just marketing surfaces • Strong product thinking and an understanding of how design drives clarity, trust, and adoption • High attention to detail and strong visual judgment • Ability to work independently and take ownership in an early-stage company • Comfortable working closely with engineering and understanding technical constraints • Experience with security, developer tools, data platforms, or AI products is a strong plus
