📋 Description

• Help define and execute on a strategic vision for data engineering • Collaborate with Product and other stakeholders to define and prioritize the technical roadmap • Drive the successful execution of data engineering projects across multiple teams • Oversee the development and maintenance of scalable, reliable data pipelines and infrastructure • Establish and enforce best practices for data quality, privacy, security, compliance, and ethical data usage • Build and grow a high-performing team of data engineers • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration within the organization • Provide mentorship and clear career growth paths for team members

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years in Data or other Software Engineering with 2+ years in Data Engineering leadership roles) • Strong, hands-on expertise in modern data engineering tools and frameworks (e.g., DBT, Airflow, Google Cloud Platform) • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience working in a HIPAA regulated environment and supporting data security and privacy controls • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Demonstrated experience building and supporting Data Warehouse solutions • Strong drive for automated testing
