• Conduct virtual patient assessments (history, symptoms, guided physical exam where appropriate) • Diagnose and manage GI-related conditions in alignment with clinical protocols • Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests within scope of practice • Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with supervising physicians and care team • Escalate complex or high-risk cases to supervising physician as needed • Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic health record • Participate in case reviews, chart audits, and team meetings
• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner License in the United States • Experience managing patients with chronic conditions or in a GI specialty • Ability to practice independently within scope, while collaborating effectively with supervising physician and care team • Prior telehealth experience (preferred) • Multistate licensure (preferred) • Experience with motivational interviewing or patient-centered counseling approaches (preferred) • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish strongly preferred)
