📋 Description

• Deliver individualized MNT, including assessment, nutrition diagnosis, interventions, monitoring, and evaluation • Support members in managing comorbidities, dietary supplements, and probiotics • Apply evidence-based strategies (e.g. FODMAP diet, elimination diets, mindful eating) to relieve symptoms and improve quality of life • Use counseling skills (MI, TTM, strengths-based care) to help members move through the stages of change • Guide members in building self-efficacy and advocacy, while providing education, SMART goal-setting, and accountability • Document sessions in line with clinical guidelines and company standards • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal, coordinated care • Practice in alignment with HIPAA and follow confidentiality agreements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related field • Registered dietitian status certified through CDR • State licensure (as required) • Quiet, professional dedicated workspace with secure high-speed internet • 1+ year of outpatient dietitian experience (preferred) • Master’s degree in Dietetics or Human Nutrition (preferred) • NBC-HWC Certification (preferred) • Bilingual (Spanish preferred) • Multi-state licensure (preferred)
