📋 Description
• Successfully implement Dynamics 365 F&O (AX) financial or SCM modules for international client projects • Provide high-quality business and software application services • Develop sustainable and effective client solutions • Follow structured project methodologies to ensure successful delivery according to plan • Maintain strong business knowledge, professional skills, and client-focused behavior • Proactively identify project risks and manage or escalate them appropriately • Share regular progress updates with stakeholders through formal and informal channels • Contribute to pre-sales efforts when needed • Represent the organization with professionalism and a positive attitude • Offer proactive advice based on industry best practices
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a senior consultant • 5 to 8 years of ERP consulting experience, ideally involving international rollouts • Lead consultant on at least five full-cycle international ERP implementations • Strong expertise in finance modules and a background in a finance-related role • Solid pre-sales experience with strong presentation skills • Passion for mentoring and coaching team members • Fluent in spoken and written English • Additional language skills (French, German, Spanish, Italian) are a plus • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Proactive, customer-focused, and capable of working independently • Willing to take on extra responsibilities and challenges • Enjoys collaborating within international teams
