📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business needs during the contract period, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical ServiceNow solutions • Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and scripts • Develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems • Create technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment guides, and user manuals • Investigate and resolve complex ServiceNow configuration, integration, and performance issues • Stay informed about ServiceNow features, enhancements, and industry best practices and incorporate them into development processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer • Proven track record of successful project implementations on a contractual basis • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is highly desirable • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies • Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture • Ability to work as an independent consultant/freelancer
