📋 Description

• We are seeking a results-driven VP of Business Development – Channel Sales to drive growth through strategic partnerships and sales channels. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners, ensuring they are equipped to describe our offering effectively. • This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies, partner management, and business development within the US market. • Channel Partner Development & Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring engagement and alignment with business goals. • Train and support partners on product offerings, sales processes, and market positioning. • Drive revenue growth through channel partnerships by setting and achieving sales targets. • Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and go-to-market strategies. • Research and identify new business opportunities within the channel ecosystem. • Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing guidance to optimize sales outcomes. • Track, analyze, and report on key sales and partnership metrics. • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance channel performance. • Ensure compliance with sales policies, pricing structures, and contractual agreements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred). • 10+ years of sales experience; 5+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partnership management. • Wealth management financial technology channel experience required. • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving channel growth. • Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven strategies. • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and partner management platforms. • Developed network of contacts preferred.
