📋 Description

• You drive the implementation of new features and product capabilities for our lead-lifecycle platform • You identify specific user requirements for our platform and derive appropriate UX optimizations • As a central interface between our teams, you align requirements (such as user stories) • You communicate product requirements to the teams to enable efficient product delivery • In close coordination with various stakeholders, you actively shape the company’s product offering

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken • Experience in product management with a focus on user experience • Understanding of user research, usability testing, and modern product-discovery methods • Strong sense for data and metrics (KPIs) • Experience with common analytics and experimentation tools • Ability to translate user needs and business goals into clear requirements (e.g., user stories) • Ideally, initial experience developing SaaS products
