📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership to the BI team, defining standards, best practices, and technical guidelines. • Design, evolve, and maintain robust analytical architectures, ensuring governance, performance, and metric consistency. • Lead the development and optimization of dashboards, analytical models, integrations, and semantic layers. • Incorporate AI and automation into analytical solutions, including agents, large language models (LLMs), and intelligent insight-generation processes. • Collaborate closely with the Data Engineering team to ensure alignment across data pipelines, models, and analytical solutions. • Review deliverables, guide technical decisions, and ensure high-quality execution. • Support prioritization, tracking, and end-to-end delivery of BI initiatives. • Explore new technologies, prototype solutions, and promote continuous innovation within the analytics environment. • Facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams, product, and internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience (minimum 4–6 years) in BI, Data Engineering, or related fields. • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data modeling (dimensional, relational, and analytical). • Strong hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase). • Experience with analytical pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data integrations. • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), agents, and practical AI applications within BI solutions. • Knowledge of Python for advanced analysis, automation, and data processing. • Practical experience with automation across the analytical lifecycle. • Proven ability in technical leadership, team guidance, and implementation of best practices. • Dynamic, adaptable profile with strong learning ability and a proactive mindset. • Experience working closely with Data Engineering and participating in architectural decisions. • Intermediate to advanced English for communication with clients and vendors.
