📋 Description

• Develop and evolve high-performance, scalable systems in Golang; • Actively participate in initiatives and integrations aimed at optimizing conversion and growth, working on solutions for the purchase funnel; • Design, implement, and maintain integrations with cloud platforms (AWS), ensuring the resilience and security of our services; • Diagnose and resolve complex production issues, communicating risks and proposing effective solutions; • Collaborate with other teams (product, data, and marketing) to ensure delivery of solutions aligned with the company's strategic objectives; • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes by applying software engineering best practices and exploring the Golang ecosystem; • Actively participate in all stages of the development process: refinement of prioritized requirements with the product manager, planning, development, testing, and deployment; • Stay up to date on trends and best practices in backend development, especially regarding Golang, microservices architecture, and payment solutions; • Communicate clearly with stakeholders and team members, translating technical decisions into business impact; • Mentor junior developers, fostering technical growth and best practices; • Write clear, readable, and well-tested code.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; • Proven experience with programming languages: Golang and PHP; • Knowledge of AWS services; • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases; • Docker containers; • Automated testing: unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; • Experience working with agile teams; • Technical English (reading and writing).
