📋 Description
• Own the end-to-end design and delivery of high-impact projects (Branding, Web Design, Product Design, Ad Creatives). • Manage a portfolio of 3-5 international clients with total autonomy. • Deliver 98%+ of all tasks within our promised fast-paced deadlines (48-72h). • Connect and justify every single design decision to a measurable business outcome for the client.
🎯 Requirements
• Non-negotiable Figma Mastery: You build and use complex Design Systems effortlessly. • A Business-Oriented Portfolio: Your portfolio is a collection of case studies: "Business Problem → Design Solution → Quantified Results." • Radical Ownership: You don't "do tasks"; you run projects. • Proven Velocity: You have a system to get from a brief to a high-quality V1 in hours, not days. • Strategic AI Workflow: You use AI tools (Midjourney, etc.) as a core part of your workflow. • Influential Communication in English: You can articulate and defend your design decisions with conviction and clarity.
