📋 Description

• Lead and support the PATT workstream, with a primary focus on the Absence workstream • Research and resolve day to day Workday PATT process and configuration issues • Work with HR and business stakeholders to support new requirements for PATT in Workday and create and update Workday configurations and enhancements • Responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of new Unions and MORs within the PATT workspaces within Workday • Provide post payroll support, general ledger posting, bank transfer and paychecks in Workday • Manage, create and provide support for required PATT reporting, including support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday • Identify strategies, risks and options and recommend approaches and mitigations • Support innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods • Thoroughly test configurations through unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) • Deliver knowledge transfer and change management of system modifications • Manage Workday release enhancements to ensure technical and functional requirements are tested and adopted in a timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• Education Level 4 Year / Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 7+ years of experience of which a minimum of 5 years of Workday configuration experience in PATT functions • Strong US payroll process knowledge • Workday PATT experience, with a focus on Absence • Project Management experience • Demonstrate knowledge of HR function & processes • Strong Canadian payroll process knowledge • Experience with configuring Union specifications within the PATT workstream • Experience with Payroll software such as ADP SmartCompliance, ADP eTime, Oracle Finance
