📋 Description

• Define and drive technical strategy for internal tools migration and legacy system transition • Lead architecture decisions for internal API migration and system modernization • Design migration patterns, frameworks, and tools that can be reused across the organization • Lead and mentor a squad of backend engineers focused on internal migration • Collaborate with Product teams to understand internal tooling requirements • Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams during migration phases

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive years of backend engineering experience with Python and PHP • Some years in technical leadership roles, leading engineering teams or complex projects • Proven experience in large-scale system migration and legacy modernization projects • Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems design • Strong expertise in API design patterns, RESTful services, and backward compatibility • Experience with authentication/authorization systems (OAuth, JWT, RBAC) • Experience with database migration strategies and data modeling • Strong system architecture and technical decision-making capabilities • Professional English proficiency is mandatory for this role.
