📋 Description

• You develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces with React — with a clear focus on usability and efficiency. • You work closely with medical coding specialists, monitor user behavior, and derive concrete process and UI/UX improvements. • You collaborate with the backend team to define API requirements and, when necessary, implement smaller backend adjustments yourself. • You ensure high product quality through testing (unit tests, E2E tests). • You actively contribute to the continuous evolution of the product — with proposals, UX ideas, and refactoring initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• You have 3+ years of experience in frontend development — especially with React — and a strong sense for intuitive, responsive interfaces. • You have experience with end-to-end testing (e.g. Cypress) and unit testing (React Testing Library). • You actively test features with users and translate feedback into concrete improvements. • You have worked with backend services (bonus: Java/Kotlin) and feel confident making smaller changes yourself. • You are comfortable in a cloud-native CI/CD environment. • Knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm is a plus. • You prefer clear, minimalist designs — no frills, but maximum impact. • You speak German (at least B1) and English fluently enough for team communication and user testing.
