📋 Description

• Maintain and manage a portfolio of key accounts • Provide advanced services and technical support to customers • Coordinate customer visits to deliver technical information • Develop relationships with accounts beyond the purchasing level • Ensure achievement of sales and volume targets • Collaborate with the District Sales Manager to develop business plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or another related scientific discipline required • Ability to analyze and communicate complex concepts • Advanced knowledge of sales principles and negotiation techniques • Good knowledge of chromatography • Excellent communication skills in French and English • Availability to travel (up to 60%) • Valid driver’s license required • Experience in the food industry is a plus • Hands-on laboratory experience in chromatography, including HPLC, is a plus • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable
