📋 Description

• Serve as the technical expert enabling the Digital Pathology commercial team throughout the customer lifecycle. • Partner with Sales Specialists, Account Managers, and customer stakeholders to drive adoption of Digital and Computational Pathology solutions. • Design, present, and lead discussions concerning customers’ IT ecosystems. • Provide solutions addressing clinical, operational, and enterprise IT requirements. • Act as a trusted advisor to pathology, laboratory, clinical, and IT stakeholders. • Develop and communicate value propositions supporting diagnostic excellence, operational efficiency, digital transformation, and improved patient outcomes. • Provide pre- and post-sales subject matter expertise. • Use standard work tools to identify and advance opportunities. • Present and demonstrate hardware, software, workflow solutions, and clinical applications. • Lead customer discovery sessions, workflow assessments, and solution design workshops. • Demonstrate Digital Pathology, image analysis, and AI-enabled diagnostic solutions to healthcare organisations. • Influence stakeholders across pathology, laboratory operations, informatics, and healthcare IT. • Support customers transitioning to digital and computational pathology workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, informatics, imaging, or healthcare-related discipline. • Experience in healthcare IT environments and systems integration. • Experience supporting and understanding digital pathology, medical imaging, diagnostics, healthcare IT, or laboratory technology solutions. • Experience with interoperability with LIS using standards such as DICOM and HL7. • Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platform. • Experience in solution selling, technical consulting, applications support, or solution architecture. • Willingness and ability to travel up to 80%, including overnight travel. • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. • Previous experience integrating or supporting digital pathology scanners and image management systems is a plus. • Experience delivering technical presentations, customer training sessions, or product demonstrations is a plus. • Experience with medical image analysis algorithms, computational pathology, or Artificial Intelligence solutions applied to clinical diagnostics is a plus.
