📋 Description
• Comprehensive support for CCIA product management activities • Manage new product launches and product modifications • Develop and execute marketing plans • Analyze and review activity results • Create and distribute promotional materials • Respond to inquiries from customers and sales representatives • Provide scientific support and evidence • Conduct contract research • Communicate globally with U.S. product managers • Plan and manage national conferences, exhibitions, and seminars • Collect customer complaints and satisfaction feedback
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher • People management or employee development experience • Experience in in vitro diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to make data-driven decisions • Skills in market analysis, competitive analysis, and data analysis • Strong communication and project management skills • Presentation skills to clearly convey strategy and direction • Business-level English proficiency (intermediate or above)
