📋 Description

• Support execution of the annual ABAC and/or HCC Auditing & Monitoring plan • Perform foundational auditing and monitoring procedures across defined risk areas • Review transactions, third-party and channel partner support, documentation, and controls • Support third-party risk management desk reviews and onsite audit activities • Gather and review required documentation against established criteria • Identify gaps and help document observations, remediation actions, and status updates • Track remediation activities and coordinate with OpCo stakeholders on completion, evidence, and corrective-action effectiveness • Contribute to continuous improvement of Compliance-related processes • Leverage data analytics, dashboards, AI-enabled tools, and automation to identify trends and improve testing efficiency • Report to the Sr. Manager, Compliance Monitoring and Data Analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Administration or a related discipline from a recognized institution • 6+ years of experience in compliance, audit monitoring, risk, or another relevant function in a regulated environment • Ability to analyze information and review documentation for completeness and consistency • Ability to maintain accurate records and communicate findings clearly in written and verbal form • Ability to manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail, follow established methodologies, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across geographies • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Comfort learning compliance systems, data tools, AI-enabled solutions, and workflow automation platforms • Very good communication in English, speaking and writing • Ability to travel 15% domestically and internationally
