📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Digital Pathology implementation projects across EMEA • Act as the central coordination point between customers and internal teams • Build and maintain robust, detailed project plans • Proactively monitor progress, risks, and dependencies • Provide clear reporting and escalation to project sponsors • Develop and apply standardized project management best practices • Support knowledge sharing and capability building within the team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in project management • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms • Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is highly desirable • A strong track record of delivering multiple projects in parallel, on time, within scope, and within budget • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • High level of self-motivation, ownership, and initiative • Fluent German and English language skills; additional languages are a plus
