• Perform demonstrations, conduct instrument installations, and provide essential training for customers. • Solve customers' clinical application problems and provide technical applications support to Sales Representatives. • Work closely with the regional/local team to protect, maintain, and grow company business by effectively supporting the installed base. • Communicate technical and clinical information, ensuring customers use instruments efficiently and skillfully in appropriate applications. • Drive the continuous improvement of activities and processes which add value to the customer and business, monitoring customer satisfaction targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical or equivalent • 1+ years of clinical Microbiology laboratory experience • Fluent in English speaking and writing • Valid driver’s license • Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory/region, including overnight stays as required.
