📋 Description

• Install and maintain diagnostic instrumentation and systems in hospitals and stand-alone laboratories • Provide excellent professional support and training to Beckman Coulter customers • Maintain customer support logs and internal records in a timely manner • Resolve issues to deliver a high-quality customer experience • Support cross-functional business activities to increase growth opportunities • Demonstrate innovative solutions and new products to customers • Operate independently within a geographic territory • Share standard methodologies, mentor teammates, and receive expert technical support • Report to the Field Application Manager

🎯 Requirements

• University Scientific degree • Minimum 1 year of experience in chemical chemistry and immunoassays • Fluent in French and English • Third European language would be a strong plus • Ability to interact with customers on a detailed scientific basis • Ability to travel and provide service in the assigned geography, including periodic travel to other areas and overnight travel • Ability to work flexible hours according to business needs • Requirement to travel within France with overnight stays up to 50% as needed • Current valid driver’s license and good driving record
