📋 Description
• Perform installation, qualification, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on Cytiva’s lab-scale and bioprocessing equipment • Support digital and automation solutions • Maintain accurate and complete service documentation • Collaborate with teammates and technical experts to deliver exceptional service
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of field service experience or early-career biomedical engineer, automation engineer, technician, or computer science graduate • Strong hands-on technical skills • Proven experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving • Proficient with computer systems and networking • Ability to learn and support a wide range of products • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management • Customer-focused and passionate about life sciences industry • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
