📋 Description

• Installation and service support for Beckman Coulter equipment • Providing authoritative support on the site and by telephone • Maintaining professional relationship with the customers by providing technical user training • Supporting new product introduction • Supporting Service team in all customer-related activities • Reporting service activities, entering and closing tasks in SMS • Work within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or similar discipline • 2+ years experience in medical equipment service and maintenance • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Croatian • Computer skills in MS Office
