âą Provide professional field service support for Molecular Devices products âą Perform installations, service repair, and preventative maintenance âą Analyze and solve problems for clients âą Provide timely, high quality, on-site troubleshooting and maintenance services
đŻ Requirements
âą Minimum 3 years of Industry relevant work experience in a similar role âą Good mechanical, electronics, and electrical experience âą Knowledge of assembly level fault detection and testing âą Customer focussed with strong communication skills âą Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues
