📋 Description

• Visit customers (primarily universities and hospitals) for preventive maintenance actions, fault analysis, upgrades, installation, maintenance, and repair to achieve optimum customer care delivering professional service with effective working practices. • Support Sales Representatives in activities such as installations and demo/exhibitions. • Collaborate closely with the Service Team to ensure all customers in the region are provided professional after-sales service, including exchanging valuable information resulting from customer contacts to increase customer happiness and sales.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent OR vocational training in a technical, scientific, or engineering background • 4+ years' electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience OR equivalent military experience (working on any mechanical, technical, laboratory, pneumatic or any related instruments) • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
