📋 Description

• Drive adversary emulation, red/purple team operations, and offensive validation • Shape and refine the offensive-validation strategy • Own campaign planning, rules of engagement, legal/safety governance, reporting, and remediation validation • Design adversary-emulation campaigns and rules of engagement mapped to MITRE ATT&CK/ATLAS and business objectives • Engineer and develop offensive capability, including tradecraft, tooling, C2 setup, and automation for repeatable, safe operations • Design the purple-team model and detection-validation feedback loop with detection engineering • Design the sustainability and governance model, including safe-operations standards, legal/safety coordination, evidence handling, and remediation-validation cadence • Work independently and partner with detection-engineering, threat-intel, IAM, cloud, and application teams

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive offensive security or red team experience, preferably 7–9 years, including leading engagements • Experience planning and executing adversary emulation and red/purple team operations mapped to MITRE ATT&CK, including rules of engagement and safe operations • Hands-on exploitation and attack-path experience across Windows/Active Directory, identity, cloud, and application environments • Experience using command-and-control and offensive tooling such as Cobalt Strike, Mythic, BloodHound, or Burp Suite • Experience translating offensive findings into prioritized control and detection improvements with detection-engineering and stakeholder teams • Experience coordinating global engagements across legal and works-council contexts
