📋 Description

• Support SIP Infrastructure and tools • Prepare and manage data • Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting calculation logic, rules and recipes used in incentive calculations • Prepare reports related to sales performance and incentive payouts • Identify opportunities to improve data workflows and reduce manual effort

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Data analytics or similar • Extensive experience working with Salesforce.com (specifically CRM Analytics) • Experience working with data in Excel/Power query/Power BI and/or SQL-based environments • Fluent in English
