📋 Description

• Define and execute OEM strategy, ensuring governance, performance tracking, and delivery of revenue and margin targets. • Drive OEM business development, managing the pipeline from opportunity identification to conversion and growth. • Lead commercial structuring, pricing, and contract negotiations to optimize margins and manage risk. • Own OEM customer relationships, aligning cross-functional teams to ensure execution, delivery performance, and business reviews. • Act as technical and operational interface, translating customer needs into solutions and supporting delivery, compliance, and enablement activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in science, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred. • Multiple years of commercial experience (Sales, Marketing, or Product Management) in an international high-tech environment. • Strong OEM business development expertise, analytical judgment, and ability to solve complex problems; excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to travel –40%
