📋 Description

• Creating and reviewing contract proposals for IDN and GPO representing major hospital networks • Ensuring compliance with company terms and conditions and pricing guidelines • Interacting with Leadership team, Field Sales, and peers on a daily basis • Serving as a subject matter expert for contract pricing administration • Leading governance and continuous improvement of contract compliance in CPQ • Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Service, and Commercial Operations teams • Providing expert guidance to sales teams on contract strategy and risk assessment • Influencing stakeholders to align on contract administration standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years of relevant experience in contracts, commercial operations, pricing, finance, legal support, or related business disciplines • Demonstrated expertise in reviewing, interpreting, and administering complex contract terms and conditions with a strong understanding of business, financial, operational, and compliance implications • Proven ability to independently solve complex business problems, evaluate multiple alternatives, and recommend solutions using sound judgment and analytical thinking • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, influencing stakeholders, and driving process improvements that enhance business performance and customer experience • Travel 5%-10%
