📋 Description

• Carry out on site installation of various Histopathology and ancillary equipment • Contributing to the establishment of a new service organization in Poland • Deliver accurate reporting, handling and timely submission of Salesforce reports, Expenses, Spares Stock management and other service documentation. • Work closely with Field Support Team to ensure all customers are provided with an industry leading professional After Sales Service within the KPI’s set by Service Management. • Co-operate closely with and support the sales team with tasks such as basic training for customers, installations, demonstrations and system builds. • Exchange valuable information resulting from customer contacts to increase customer satisfaction and sales/service administration and communication, competent for our clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Field Service or a related field preferred, including Laboratory work. • Educated in a Mechanical, Electronic or Electrical or Biomedical qualification subject. • Preferably Bachelor’s degree/diploma level or equivalent vocational qualification. • Fluency in Polish & English.
