• Own and manage employee relations cases end-to-end • Apply professional judgment to assess situations and determine appropriate actions • Handle routine and moderately complex cases independently • Partner with HR Business Partners to provide guidance • Lead or support workplace investigations • Identify themes, risks, and trends from case work • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of ER processes
• University degree in Law, Human Resources, Business, or a related field • 3–5 years’ experience in employee relations, HR, or a related field • Working knowledge of UK (and ideally European) employment law • Experience with employee representative bodies • Proven experience managing employee relations cases • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to travel 15 - 20% • Flexible, remote working arrangements for eligible roles • Opportunities for professional development
