• Deliver sustainable growth by expanding Cepheid adoption across hospitals, laboratories, and other testing environments. • Build durable customer partnerships with clinical, operational, and procurement stakeholders to increase satisfaction and retention. • Lead the full sales cycle from discovery and value positioning through proposal, tender execution, negotiation, and deal closure. • Enable distributor sales teams through joint customer visits, account planning, and opportunity progression. • Apply the Danaher Business System (DBS) to drive continuous improvement and identify new growth opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medical or Laboratory disciplines, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • Proven field sales experience in molecular diagnostics, medical devices, laboratory solutions, or complex B2B healthcare environments. • Strong and demonstrable knowledge of PCR‑based technologies and molecular diagnostic workflows. • Demonstrated success managing consultative, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and high‑value purchasing decisions. • Strong territory planning, account management, and business development capabilities with a structured, data‑driven approach. • Consistent use of CRM systems for opportunity management, forecasting, and performance reporting. • Fluency in English; additional local languages relevant to the Eastern Europe territory are a strong advantage.
