📋 Description

• Lead high-touch, in-person trainings to support doctors and staff • Coach teams based on live observation • Drive early case submission during training • Partner with clinicians and practice leaders • Monitor outcomes in the first 30 days • Share field insights to inform scalable resources • Assess readiness across clinical workflows and team structure • Customize training strategies based on practice size and goals

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology • Strong familiarity with intraoral scanning and digital workflows • Experience training cohorts of up to ten assistants or staff at a time • Willingness and enthusiasm to travel up to 85% • Located near a major airport (within 60-min drive of JFK, EWR, LGA) • Comfortable partnering with senior leaders, clinicians, and staff • Comfortable operating independently in the field • 3+ years managing training logistics • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
