📋 Description

• Partner with doctors in real time to review and refine case designs • Provide expert guidance on complex cases and build customer confidence in digital tools • Provide live clinical support via phone, chat, and video • Troubleshoot issues, clarify workflows, and deliver efficient, empathetic customer service • Liaise between doctors and Dandy lab teams • Translate clinical feedback into production outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a dental technician role • 2+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including implant and Crown & Bridge cases • Deep understanding of digital dental workflows, including implant systems, scan bodies, and best design practices • Technologically adept, with the ability to learn and navigate dental design platforms quickly • Proven ability to build rapport with clinicians, offer empathetic support, and manage complex concerns professionally and carefully • Previous experience in a customer-facing lab role is preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable communicating live with doctors via chat, phone, or video calls • Strong independent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple complex conversations simultaneously • Desire to work in a fast-growing, rapidly changing fully digital lab environment • Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards • Native or near-native fluency in the local market language, with strong knowledge of local dental norms and terminology • English fluency required for global collaboration
