📋 Description

• Support the Support team in obtaining declarations and other important information from non-responsive suppliers in clients’ supply chains • Communicate with suppliers through emails, phone calls, and conference calls to gather compliance information • Assist with compliance requests • Confirm the quality of provided documents • Work directly with top-tier suppliers to help them respond to compliance requests • Handle inbound supplier calls and troubleshoot or navigate compliance requests • Engage unresponsive suppliers through outbound calls, supplier education, and webinar invites • Provide German and English language support for internal translations, webinar hosting, and prospect calls with Sales • Collaborate with the Program Success team on approaches for new customers, client campaigns, and supplier issues

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English • Related work experience (e.g. administration, reporting, research & data, supplier/customer support, call centres) • Solid ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple priorities at one time • Computer proficiency using MS Office Suite and Google Applications • Ability to leverage all functions of MS Office Suite and Google Applications proactively and effectively • Self-starter • Excellent time management skills • Ability to adhere to assigned deadlines
