📋 Description

• Manage national and international customer and service orders independently and ensure timely processing • Coordinate returns, repairs, product exchanges and credit notes • Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries about products, prices, terms and delivery times • Work closely with Service, Logistics and other departments to ensure smooth operations • Process and manage orders in the ERP system (IFS) and ensure efficient order handling • Create work instructions and support the continuous improvement of service processes • Analyze KPIs and reports and, together with management, derive optimization measures

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration • Professional experience in Customer Service, Aftersales, Order Management or internal sales • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style • Strong service and customer orientation • Willingness to question processes and continuously improve them • Very good German skills and good English skills • Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel • Experience with ERP systems, ideally IFS
