📋 Description

• Receive and process customer inquiries by phone, chat, e-mail and ticket system • Provide documentation and follow-up of customer concerns • Ensure friendly, professional, and solution-oriented communication • Forward complex requests to 2nd level support or responsible departments • Provide data for reports • Meet defined service level targets (SLAs) • Support continuous improvement of communication standards • Participate in optimization of service processes and tools • Give feedback to the supervisor to identify potential for improvement • Participate in product and process knowledge training

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualifications • Initial experience in customer service or help desk is an advantage • Confident handling of CRM and ticket systems • Very good knowledge of German and English • Strong communication skills and confident appearance towards customers • Goal-oriented, structured, and independent way of working • Strong service and solution orientation • Resilience and ability to work in a team
