📋 Description

• Manage your own growing portfolio of customers • Take direct responsibility for customers and their properties • Manage damage claims, including receiving reports and commissioning contractors • Manage tenants, including receiving and processing inquiries • Handle new lettings • Process property owners’ requests • Build expertise in property management • Work accurately in the company’s internal system and maintain precise records of processes • Think and act with a customer-centric approach • No sales responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills in German (fluent, both written and spoken) • Confident PC skills and proficient use of the internet • Previous experience in telephone-based customer service and/or the real estate industry is preferred • Career changers are welcome with a completed vocational qualification or degree • Strong willingness to learn and a high level of commitment
