📋 Description

• Manage guest inquiries and reservations for 11 STAYERY locations across Germany • Support guests before arrival and during their stay via email, telephone, WhatsApp, and booking platforms such as Booking.com • Coordinate and manage guest data in the Apaleo reservation system • Ensure smooth shift-based operations on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays between 07:00 and 22:00 • Communicate closely with other teams • Actively help shape and improve processes • Participate in a trial-work session during the Operations Deep Dive

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced customer support role • Interest in the hospitality industry • Hospitality or tourism experience is advantageous • Enjoy communicating with guests by phone and remain calm and collected during conversations • Willingness to travel to Berlin for approximately one month of in-person onboarding • Must be living in Germany; remote work from abroad is not possible • Availability to work full time • Fluent spoken and written German • Fluent spoken and written English
