📋 Description

• Create and maintain knowledge content for conversational AI solutions • Present information in a clear, up-to-date and customer-focused way • Design service processes within the conversational AI platform • Model dialogues, flows and procedures • Test knowledge content and conversation flows • Question existing solutions and contribute ideas for the continuous improvement of the AI • Collaborate with the CORE team to further develop conversational AI solutions and implement optimizations • Work closely with business units, gather requirements and translate them into user-friendly AI solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree, e.g. in Communication Studies, Business Communication, Media Informatics, Marketing, Social Sciences or a comparable field • Ideally some practical experience, e.g. in Customer Service, Knowledge Management, Marketing or with digital products • Interest in Artificial Intelligence and willingness to experiment with new tools and technologies • Ability to explain complex content clearly and with a customer focus • Empathy, strong communication skills and a structured way of working • Enjoy collaborating with different departments • Bring your own ideas and actively help shape solutions
