📋 Description

• Provide customers with telephone support after purchase and prepare them for their upcoming installation project • Answer initial questions about the heat pump installation process and address customer concerns • Schedule on-site data collection appointments and the installation itself during the initial call • Plan and structure colleagues’ routes for on-site data collection in a practical and efficient manner • Serve as the first point of contact for colleagues conducting on-site data collection

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in telephone-based customer support, customer service, or a pre-sales role • Professional telephone manner • Active listening, patience, and empathy • Enjoy spending at least 60% of your working time interacting with customers by phone • Ability to quickly and systematically learn about new subject areas • Motivation and a can-do attitude • Team-oriented mindset • Solution-oriented thinking and willingness to take responsibility
